The Search & Seizure Pocket Guide is an abridged version of the Search and Seizure Survival Guide. Its original purpose is as a handout for our training classes.

This book provides 68 of some of the most important legal doctrines, however, the full version has 178 covering practically every legal scenario encountered by police and we highly encourage you to consider it.

This book is written in a checklist type format and officers throughout the country have expressed their appreciation for its down-to-Earth writing style and easy-to-apply format. Applicable state, circuit courts, and U.S. Supreme Court case law is referenced.
